The Lake County Steelers represent Minor League Football in Northwest Indiana. Established in 2000, the Steeler Organization looks to build a Championship Program out of Everyday people. Many of the current Steeler Football Players have Professional and College Experience, while others have only played Jr/Sr High School Football. The Steeler core consist of Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Truck Drivers, Computer Gurus, Electrical Technicians, Steel Workers,   Self-employed, but most of all DEDICATED INDIVIDUALS. The Steelers look to support our community by holding Charity Football Games, Pop Warner Night, Boy & Girl Scout Night and many other special events. The Steeler Program is a Non-For-Profit Organization that has put this program together "FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME".
